Biography
Muleba is one of the founding partners of the firm with over 15 years’ experience of practice of the law, 10 of which are as an advocate admitted at the Zambian bar. His practice areas are commercial litigation and corporate advisory with a specific focus on employment law, banking and finance, competition law, corporate restructuring, due diligence exercises and tax law. More recently, Muleba has expanded his practice areas to include alternative dispute resolution with a growing niche in arbitration. Additionally, Muleba’s practice also embraces the traditional legal practice of real estate and conveyancing.
Muleba holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation (Mphil Taxation) from the University of Pretoria, a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Zambia and certificates in Transfer Pricing and International Tax Agreements obtained from the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation and the African Tax Administration Forum respectively.
He is an advocate of the Superior Courts of Zambia, a notary public and a commissioner for oaths. Muleba holds membership with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), the Law Association of Zambia and the African Arbitration Association.
